A Burger is Never Just a Burger

Ingredients


1 slice of medium cheddar cheese

1 cooked slice of bacon

1 cooked pork sausage

Mayo

One fried egg

2 thin slices of avocado

3 slices of pickles

Brioche buns

Spicy Mustard

Butter

Cooked burger meat/ patty (feel free to use frozen ones, but fresh burger meet is best, see my burger meat recipe)

1 slice of lettuce

1/2 of an onion

1 tbsp of vegetable oil

1 tsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of ginger powder



Preparation


Make sure all your meats- except the burger meat are cooked to desired temperatures- see https://www.recipes.co.nz/COOKING+METHODS/makingthemost/perfectsteak.html on guide for correct cooking time for meat. As for your burger meat, cook to rare then after 4 minutes place the slice of medium cheddar cheese and cook until cheese has melted. Then place cheesy burger meat to the side


Slice brioche buns in half, spread desired about of butter on each bottom side of the 2 buns and toast on hot pan until golden toasty.


Thinly slice onion and sauté with garlic, oil and ginger until translucent


Time to assemble

On your bottom bun spread desired about of spicy mustard, then proceed to place cooked burger meat with melted cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pork sausage- sliced in half, thinly sliced avocado. On the top bun spread a desired amount of mayonnaise, pickles, sautéed onions bacon slice and your fried egg. NOW JOIN the buns together, or at-list try. Lastly, serve and enjoy!!!!
