1/2 of a diced onion

1/ 2 of a Bell pepper (diced into small dices)- you way use which ever colour bell pepper you like

A hand full of mushrooms (thinly sliced)

Method

Boil the indomie and egg in boiling hot water- boil indomie for only 5 minutes and egg for longer to get a hard boiled egg. On a separate wok or frying pan, stir fry- on medium to high heat, your diced; onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, ginger, garlic and spinach for 5 minutes. Immediately add your pre- cooked indomie, stir throughly to avoid burning. Then add half of each seasoning packet and soya sauce into the indomie and stir fry vegetables.
