Ingredients
3 tbsp of oats
A handful of frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 tbsp of peanut butter
A desired about of chia seeds
Almond flakes
Fresh Berries (feel free to use any other fruit)
A handful of ice cubes
A cub of hot boiling water
Preparation
Put all your ingredients into a blender- except the chia seeds, fresh berries and almond flakes. Blend until smooth- be sure to add the hot water gradually to ensure your desired consistency. Serve in a blow with the chia seeds, fresh berries and almond flakes spread as demonstrated. Enjoy!!! Perfect for those hot summer mornings
